We stand behind Reel Leads. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
How Refunds Work
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- To request a refund, email us at hello@reelleads.pro with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request."
- After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
Trial Period
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be deactivated and no charges will ever be made.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access until then.
- No cancellation fees. No hoops. No retention scripts.
- To cancel manually, email hello@reelleads.pro from your account email.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue, please reach out to us first — we'll make it right. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account termination.

If we update this policy, we'll notify active subscribers via email. The latest version will always be available on this page.
