We stand behind Reel Leads. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

How Refunds Work

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• To request a refund, email us at hello@reelleads.pro with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request."
• After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.

Trial Period

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be deactivated and no charges will ever be made.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain full access until then.
• No cancellation fees. No hoops. No retention scripts.
• To cancel manually, email hello@reelleads.pro from your account email.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue, please reach out to us first — we'll make it right. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account termination.
